Pinnacle Community Supportive Services, LLC is a covered entity under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) and is committed to maintaining the privacy of your protected health information (PHI).
How We May Use and Disclose Your Information

Treatment: To provide, coordinate, and manage your care and related services, including sharing information with other providers involved in your treatment.
